Chicken Skewers...


Ingredients:
* Boneless chicken 250 gms
* Daria powder (roasted chana daal) 2 tbsp
* Cream 2-3 tbsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tsp
* Dhania powder 1 tsp
* Salt
* Lemon juice 2 tbsp
* Corriander leaves

Procedure:
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.
Blend together all the ingredients into a paste.
Marinate chicken into the above paste for an hour.
Arrange pieces on cocktail sticks.
Shallow fry them on medium heat.
Serve hot with chutney and tomato ketchup.

    yeah you can mix a bit of butter in the batter if you plan to grill it to make the chicken a bit more juicier....

    I am a bit busy these days so not trying many new dishes... but will get back to normal soon :)

    if not,how to go about making it?

  7. ak, you can buy daria from any indian shop it is basically roasted gram. Alternatively, you can roast besan for few minutes on medium heat in a frying pan. It is basically to remove that raw taste from the gram flour. I hope it helps.
