You can add as many vegetables you want just make sure they have almost same cooking temperatures, if not, boil the ones beforehand if they take longer. Ingredients:
* Boiled Keema 1/2 cup
* Carrots 2 chopped
* Capsicum 1/2 cup chopped
* Green peas 1/2 cup
* Onion 1/2 chopped
* Rice 1 cup
* Whole garam masala 1 tbsp
* Green masala 1 tsp
* Green chillies 2 medium chopped
* Chicken stock 1 cube
* Oil 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Heat oil. Add whole garam masala. Add onions and fry till transparent.
Add all the vegetables except green peas and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add 2 cups of water and chicken cube. Add rice ones it starts boiling.
When the water evaporates, add keema and matar.
Lower down heat and cool till rice are done.
Serve hot with dahi/soup.
