Gajar-Gosht...


This is a very delicious and a novelty dish. It has all the flavour of Lamb and of carrots.





Ingredients:

* Carrots 250 gm chopped
* Tomatoes 4 medium
* Lamb diced 500 gms
* Oil 4 tb sp
* Onion 4 medium
* Green paste 1 tb sp (1:1:2 of Ginger:Garlic:Green Chillies)
* Corriander powder 1 tb sp
* Turmeric powder 1/2 tb sp
* Red chilli powder 1 tb sp
* Garam masala 1/2 tb sp
* Salt




Procedure:
Heat Oil. Add onions and green paste. Heat till onion turns golden brown.
Add Lamb. Stir continously for next 5 minutes on high flame.
Add 1 cup of water and let the lamb cook for next 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes. Stir till the water evapourates.
Add all the powdered spices.
Stir for 5 minutes.
Add carrot and let it cook for another 10 mins or till the meat is tender.
Serve with extra chopped green chillies.
