Almond-Chicken...

This one was made by my wifey, Fatee.



Ingredients:
* Chicken 500 gms
* Tomatoes 2 medium
* Onion 1 medium
* Almonds 15-20 (grind it, not very powdery but just)
* Black peppers 8-10
* Curry leaves 10-12
* Zeera 1/2 tbsp
* Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
* Oil 5 tbsp

Procedure:
Heat Oil. Add black pepper. Fry chopped onions till light golden.
Add chopped tomatoes, when cooked, blend everything into a paste.
Add chicken. Cook till tender.
Take a small karahi, add two tbsp oil. Add curry leave add zeera. Add chilli flakes and almond.
Add the above fried masala to the chicken.
Cook for five minutes.
Serve with paratha/naan.
