Carrot n Orange Soup...
Ingredients:* Carrots 3* Onions 1/2* Orange 1* salt and pepper* Chicken stock 1 pint* Butter 1 tbspProcedure:Fry chopped onions in butter till light golden.Chop carrots and fry for 5-6 minutes.Add chicken stock. Squeeze out juice from the orange.Add 1/4th of fresh orange peel.Cook for 5 minutes.Blend everything into a thick paste.Cook for few more minutes and serve hot garnished with salt and pepper and some corriander/mint.
