Lauki Halwa...

Lauki/Doodhi Halwa takes 15 minutes to make.


Ingredients:

* Lauki/Doodhi 1 (around 750gms)

* Milk 1 cup
* Condensed milk 1/2 tin (200gms)
* Ghee 1 tbsp
* Dry fruits (chopped)


Procedure:


Grate Lauki.
Heat ghee in a frying pan, add grated lauki. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add milk. Cover and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Heat for 5 minutes uncovered to let water evaporate.
Add condensed milk and cook for another 5 minutes.
Decorate with dry fruits.
Serve hot/cold.
