Ingredients:
* Chana Daal 250 gms
* Ghee 150 gms
* Milk 500 ml
* Sugar 150 gms
Procedure:
Soak chana daal in water for 2-3 hours.
Boil soaked chana in milk till totally cooked. Blend it into a paster.
Fry this mixture in ghee till you smell the halwa and till you feel it is cooked.
Mix sugar and dry fruits and cook for 5-10 more minutes.
Serve hot with Icecream.
