Cheese Cake...

The cake looks tooooooo yummy. It is made by our very very jaanu friend Sandleen. She is a bit crazy but she makes wonderful cakes and other stuff I will ask her to send us recipe for other stuff as well.

Ingredient:

Crust:

* Flaked coconut or marie biscuits - 1 cup.
* Butter 1/4 cup. *Sugar 1 tbsp

Filling:

* Melted butter 1/2 cup
* Sugar 1/2 cup

* Vanilla extract 1 tsp

* Eggs 4-5
* Cream cheese 200g
m
* Orange juice 2 tbsp
* Whipping cream 1/3 cup

* Flour 1/2 cup

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Mix crust ingredients together n press into bottom and 1" up the sides of pan.
Bake it for like 5-6 mins in oven.take out n set aside .
Now beat cream cheese with electric mixer.
Add sugar n eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Add cream, juice, butter and spread the mixture into prepared crust.
Set pan on the baking sheet
and bake for 1 hour or until filling is set.
You can also refrigerate it overnight.

In her words, you can use fresh cream, strawberries etc after you are done to make it look sexy as she did.

  7. The cream icing looks amazing, infact the whole cake looks amazing. I have always been fascinated by Cheesecakes!!!

    I stay in Delhi, & cream cheese is not very easily available. Do you think there could be a substitute for the same? .
