Lamb Tikka Rolls

Easy to make. Preparation time 1 hour.
Ingredients: * Lamb cubes 500 gms
* tomatoes 4
* Onion 1 medium
* Capsicum 1 medium
* Yoghurt 1 cup
* Ginger-Garlic paste 1 table sp
* Tandoori masala powder 3 table sp
* Green chutney (green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sugar, salt and lemon)
* Mayonise 3 table sp

Procedure:
Marinate lamb cubes in ginger-garlic paste and 2 table sp tandoori masala powder.
Arrange the skewers in Capsicum-Onion-Tomato-Lamb order.
Grill the skewers.
Lay the grilled tikka on paratha.
Add green chutney on paratha.
Add Yoghurt+ 1 table sp Tandoori masala paste on paratha.
Add some Mayo.
Roll and ready to eat.

Can u tell me how much of everything we hav to put in order to make the green chutney, plz...and i also wanted to kno, if there was a way we could make this on the stove instead of the skewers and the grill. THnkx

hi there
for green chutney, 100gms corriander, 100gms pudina, 5-6 green chillies, 2 tbsp sugar, salt per taste, 2-3 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp of tamarind paste.
Yes you can shallow fry the marinated pieces on a frying pan instead of grill or oven.
