Mushroom Masala...

Simple again and very delicious.



Ingredients:
* Mushroom 400 gms
* Oil 2 tb sp
* Onions 2 medium
* Tomatoes 2 mediun
* Yoghurt 4 tb sp
* Red chilli powder 1 tb sp
* Turmeric powder 1/2 tb sp
* Corriander powder 1 tb sp
* Salt


Procedure:
Heat Oil. Add some zeera.
Add chopped onions. Fry until transparent.
Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until all mixed.
Add yoghurt and all the powder masala.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add chopped mushroom and cook for 5-10 minutes. Depending upon your taste for texture of mushroom.
Serve with some salad and paratha.
