Kokam-Aloo...



Another regional dish. Can be eaten without roti just as a salad thingee with daal-chawal. It looks very colorful as well.

Ingredients:
* Aloo 8-10 small
* Kokam 4-5
* Gurr (Jaggery 1 tbsp)
* Garlic 4-5 cloves
* Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
* Zeera 1/3 tbsp
* Salt
* Oil 2-3 tbsp


Procedure:
Boil Aloo. Cut then into cubes.
Grind kokam, gurr, zeera, red chilli powder and garlic.
Heat oil, fry the grinded masala for few minutes, once oil separates add boil potatoes. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
Serve with daal-chawal
