Kokam-Aloo...
Another regional dish. Can be eaten without roti just as a salad thingee with daal-chawal. It looks very colorful as well.Ingredients:* Aloo 8-10 small* Kokam 4-5* Gurr (Jaggery 1 tbsp)* Garlic 4-5 cloves* Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp* Zeera 1/3 tbsp* Salt* Oil 2-3 tbspProcedure:Boil Aloo. Cut then into cubes.Grind kokam, gurr, zeera, red chilli powder and garlic.Heat oil, fry the grinded masala for few minutes, once oil separates add boil potatoes. Fry for 4-5 minutes.Serve with daal-chawal
