Keema-Noodles...


Ingredients:
* Noodles 100 gms
* Keema 50 gms (or 2-3 tbsp of leftover keema)
* Tomato-chilli ketchup 2-3 tbsp
* Vinegar 1 tbsp
* Chopped onions 1/2
* Garlic 2-3 cloves.

Procedure:
Fry onions till transparent.
Add garlic and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add keema and ketchup. Cook for 5 minutes.
Take noodles in a serving bowl. Add keema ketchup and serve hot.

  2. yes you can use eggs or even some finely chopped vegetables.

  3. Thanks for the recipe. It seems like a really good recipe. Can I substitute "Tomato-Chilli Ketchup" by ground chilli paste and canned tomato paste?

  4. yes you can use chilli paste and ketchup/puree instead of tomato-chilli ketchup
