Keema-Noodles...
Ingredients:* Noodles 100 gms* Keema 50 gms (or 2-3 tbsp of leftover keema)* Tomato-chilli ketchup 2-3 tbsp* Vinegar 1 tbsp* Chopped onions 1/2* Garlic 2-3 cloves.Procedure:Fry onions till transparent. Add garlic and fry for a couple of minutes.Add keema and ketchup. Cook for 5 minutes.Take noodles in a serving bowl. Add keema ketchup and serve hot.

yes you can use eggs or even some finely chopped vegetables.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recipe. It seems like a really good recipe. Can I substitute "Tomato-Chilli Ketchup" by ground chilli paste and canned tomato paste?
