
This is one of the simplest and yummiest shake I have tried in recent times. My wifey just loves it. You can use low fat icecream and skimmed milk.
Ingredients:
* Raspberry 1 cup
* Vanilla Icecream 2 scoops
* Milk 1 cup
* Honey
* Crushed Ice.
Procedure:
Blend everything together.
Serve with some whole raspberries.
