Peri Peri Grilled Chicken...


This is a very easy to make, hassle free and healthy dish. All you need is the ready made Peri-Peri marinate sauce.

Ingredients:
* Chicken 1/2 cut into medium pieces.
* Peri Peri marinate 2 tbsp
* Green masala 1 tsp
* Chilli ketchup 1 tsp
* Salt and pepper

Procedure:
Make 'X' cuts in the chicken pieces for marinate to infuse properly.
Marinate the pieces in the above sauces and pastes for an hour.
Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
Grill the chicken in a pre-heated oven for around 20 minutes.
Add chopped potatoes to the a baking tray kept below the chicken grill. The potatoes will cook in the juice dripping from the chicken.
Serve them on sizzing plate surrounded with potatoes.
