Jhatpat Baingan...
Ingredients:* Small size baingan 6-8* Amchoor powder (dried mangoes) 2 tbsp* Red chilli powder 1 tsp* Dhaniya powder 1 tsp* Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp* Green paste 1 tsp* Besan powder 2 tbsp* Salt* OilProcedure:Mix all the powder masala into a thick paste with water.Slit all the baingans into four. Make sure not to cut then completely.Apply the masala paste in the slits.Heat oil in a shallow pan. Put the baingans in it and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally.Serve hot with paratha and yoghurt.
