Easy Dahi Bhalle...

This is the easiest dahi bhalle recipe i ever came across. It takes like 10 minutes to make it from scratch.

* Urid Daal (white) 1 cup (soaked, for an hour)
* ginger-garlic-geen chilles paste 1 table sp
* Yoghurt 500 gms
* Chaat Masala 2 table sp
* salt
* Oil for frying

Grind the Urid Daal with water ratio of 2:1. If there is 1 cup daal then add 1/2 cup water.
Add Ginger-garlic-green chillies paste to daal mixture.
Add salt and 1 table sp chaat masala to daal mixture.
Heat Oil. Add the daal mixture to the hot oil by using a table spoon.
Take 2 cup yoghurt and 1 cup milk. Add 1 table sp chaat masala and beat the mixture.
Soak the bhalles in the yoghurt mixture for 10 mins before serving.
Garnish with powdered zeera and chaat masala.
Serve chilled.
