Achaari Chicken...


Ingredients:
* Chicken 500 gms
* Tomatoes 3 medium (pureed)
* Yoghurt 1 cup
* Green Masala 1 tbsp
* Oil 5-6 tbsp
* Whole garam masala 2 tbsp
* Kalonjee (Nigella seeds) 1/4th tbsp
* Saunf (1/2 tbsp)
* Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
* Dhaniya powder 2 tbsp
* Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
* Green Chillies 6-8

Prodecure:
For Achari Powder
Grind whole garam masala, powdered spices, saunf and Kalonjee.
Mix lemon juice and half of powder achar masala.
Stuff it in slit green chillies. Keep aside.

For Gravy
Heat the Oil. Fry chicken pieces with green masala paste for 10 minutes.
Mix the remaining half of achari powder in curd. Add the curd to fried chicken.
Add tomato puree. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add the slit green chillies once you see oil separating.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with Parathas/Naans.
