That's an interesting dish, Daagh. Never thought that lychees could be used in Kheer. Must try it out some time.

This is a unique way of using lychee in a kheer!! Can't wait to try it out.Can I use canned lychees for this recipe?
Sindhu.

I never would've thought to put Lychee's in a kheer. Very interesing, & thank you for sharing. Actually rather than making a kheer, im going to try as a Firni, & make it with rice flour.

thanks Vaishali, Sinz and Sarah

Yes, you can use canned lychee as well...

Sarah, let us know how your Firni turned out
