Chocolate Chip Muffins...

This is a all in one go type of recipe. So easy to make and no messy loads of dishes to clean.

Ingredients:
* Eggs 2
* Self raising flour 75 gms
* Castor Sugar 75 gms
* Butter (no salt, soft) 75 gms
* Cocoa powder 2-3 tbsp
* Vanilla essence/extract 1 tsp
* Baking powder 1 tsp
* Chocolate chips as per your taste

Procedure:
Mix everything in a bowl except chocolate chips, baking powder and flour. Beat till it becomes a smooth paste.
Sift the flour and baking powder in the mix. Beat again for a couple of minutes.
Add 3/4th of the chocolate chips in the mix.
Pour them into muffin lined and greased moulds. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of muffins.
Bake them in a pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Let them cool before serving.

just a little correction... you don't beat when adding the flour mixture; you fold the batter in the flour and the you fold the chocolate chips in the whole mixture.
Anyhow, they still look delicious.

thanks for the correction... but as i said it is a all in one type muffin so it doesnt matter if you fold in or beat in coz we always make it like this and it comes out perfectly fine.
