Fatee made these... I think they were good cant remember because they didnt last long enough to be enjoyed, by the time I was able to judge the taste they were all gone.

You can use the ingredients in ratio of Butter-Sugar-Flour-Cocoa : 4:3:2:2 and an egg for each 50 gms of butter.

* Butter 100 gms
* Castor Sugar 75 gms
* Eggs 2
* Flour 50 gms
* Cocoa Powder 50 gms

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend together to a paste.
Spread the brownie paste on to a baking tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove and allow it to cool on a wire thingee then cut into squares.
Stack them together beore serving and dust with icing sugar.

Hi, I like your blog because you share very simple and easy recipes. Most of the ingredients are available at home and pretty easy to try your dishes.

I have a request, I know this blog must take your time, but is it possible to mention in US measurements? for example how many cups/tsp, it is hard to figure our 500g etc. I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

When you mention the quantity of ingredients please also inform us how much it is in 'CUPS'. also.

Thanks for sharing your recipes , for people like me who are begining to cook AFTER marriage believe me they make life so much easier. The fact I like about blogs like yours is that the recipes are already tried / tested and if have any questions we can ask you!

I truly appreciate your & your wife's time and effort in maintaining this site.

Hi Aisha

Many thanks for your kind words. We will make sure to mention the measurements in cups and tsp/tbsps as well :-)

keep checking.

Oh boy!! these brownies look delicious. I am sure they must have just vanished. Thank you so much for sharing it daagh

Thanks Seema

Yeah they were gone in few hours :-D

Can we prepare the brownies without eggs, if so canu tell me how do we do it?

hey pinky

you can add 3/4th cup of milk instead of eggs... my wife makes them sometimes... they turn out wonderful...

salams :)

what if i have a 3-in-1 microwave oven? what would i have to do for the "preheat" thing?

many thanks in advance :)
best wishes to u n ur wife

w'salam leenah

yes you can use the preheat option on your 3-1 microwave. There should be a button on the front panel to set it. Set it for around 5 minutes.

thanks for your wishes :-)
