You can use as many vegetables you like to make this dish. Simple and very stylish dish can be cooked during BBQ parties.
* Mushrooms 1/2 cup chopped.
* Brussel sprouts 1/2 cup chopped.
* Capsicum 1/2 cup chopped.
* Spring onions 2-3 roughly chopped.
* Tomato 1 medium chopped.
* Oil 2 tbsp
* Lemon juice 2 tbsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
* Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Mix oil, lemon juice, and all powder masala into a thick paste.
Marinate chopped vegetables in this paste for half an hour.
Cook them on a very hot tawa for 10-12 minutes till they are alomost cook.
Make sure not to over cook, the vegetables should taste crunchy and cooked.
Serve hot with paratha.
