Pasta with Lemon Chicken...



This is a three process recipe
1. Pasta
2. Sauce
3. Chicken.

Ingredients:
* Chicken (breast pieces) 250 gms
* Cream 2 tbsp
* White pepper powder 2 tbsp
* Lemon juice 2 tbsp
* Pasta 250 gms
* Olive oil 4-5 tbsp
* Fruit vinegar 1 tbsp
* Garlic 4-5 cloves (finely chopped)
* Corn flour 1 tbsp
* Chicken stock 1 cup

Procedure:
- Chicken
Marinate chicken pieces in 1 tbsp olive oil, white pepper powder, vinegar and salt.
Fry this chicken without adding any oil.

- Sauce
Fry garlic in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add chicken stock, corn flour, white pepper and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Cook until thick.

- Pasta
Boil pasta till almost cook. Drain the water. Heat olive oil. Fry the pasta for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, white pepper. Fry till fully cooked.

Mix all three before serving.
