Carrot n Orange Soup...


Ingredients:
* Carrots 3
* Onions 1/2
* Orange 1
* salt and pepper
* Chicken stock 1 pint
* Butter 1 tbsp

Procedure:
Fry chopped onions in butter till light golden.
Chop carrots and fry for 5-6 minutes.
Add chicken stock.
Squeeze out juice from the orange.
Add 1/4th of fresh orange peel.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Blend everything into a thick paste.
Cook for few more minutes and serve hot garnished with salt and pepper and some corriander/mint.
