* Mushroom 250gms
* Matar 100 gms
* Onion 1 medium
* Tomato 2 medium
* Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
* Corriander powder 1 tbsp
* Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
* Oil 4 tbsp

Heat Oil. Fry finely chopped onions till light golden.
Add salt, and powdered masalas. Add finely chopped tomatoes.
Cook for few minutes till it becomes a sort of homogenous paste.
Add matar. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Add mushrooms. Cook for five minutes.
Ready to serve.

Tried it and served it with came out goood.....just added a lil yogurt...cuz it became a lil too spicy with the TBSP of red chilli powder...otherwise Yummy....and i ate a mushroom salan 4 the 1st time...:-D...not bad
