hey,i have a question...is daria powder same as besan?
if not,how to go about making it?

ak, you can buy daria from any indian shop it is basically roasted gram. Alternatively, you can roast besan for few minutes on medium heat in a frying pan. It is basically to remove that raw taste from the gram flour. I hope it helps.
