* Maida 1 cup
* Castor sugar 1/2 cup
* Butter 1/2 cup
* Eggs 2
* Baking powder 1tsp
* Blueberries 100 gms
* Vanilla flavour 1 tsp
Beat sugar and butter together to make it a creamy fluffy mixture.
Beat eggs separately and add them to the sugar-butter mixture. Fold the frothy eggs slowly in the mix.
Seive the maida+baking powder and fold it slowly to the mix.
Lastly add the blueberries and couple of folds.
Pour the mixtures in muffin moulds and bake them in a pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes at 200 mark.
For blueberry sauce, cut berries in half. Heat a table spoon of butter, add a spoon of castor sugar and add berries. Cook till berries are done. Add a dash of lemon juice. Serve muffins topped with sauce.
