Paalak Paneer,,,


Ingredients:
* Palak 400 gms
* Onion 1 medium
* Green paste 1 tbsp
* Paneer 200 gms
* Oil
* Salt

Procedure:
Heat oil. Fry finely chopped onions till light golden.
Add green paste and palak. Cook for couple of minutes the blend it to a paste.
Cut paneer into cubes. Fry then till they are light golden.
Add the fried paneer to the palak paste.
Cook for a few minutes and add salt as per your taste.
Serve hot with parathas.

Fatee the palak has retained its wonderful green colour even after cooking....it looks so good!A very happy new year to both you and your hubby!may all your dreams come true:)

Thanks Sumitha... I didnt cook it for too long so may be thats the reason why it stayed this green :-)
