Aaloo-Matar-Cabbage...
This is one delicisous, nutricious and simple to make recipe.
Ingredients:
* 2 baby cabbage (finely chopped)
* 2 medium Potatoes (finely chopped)
* 2 medium Onions (finely chopped)
* Green Peas 100 gm
* Zeera 1 tab sp
* Corriander powder 1 tab sp
* Turmeric 1/2 tab sp
* Garam Masala powder 1/2 tb sp
* Green masala (ginger, garlic and green chillies)
Procedure:
Add zeera to hot oil. Add onions and cook till transparent.
Add green masala. Add chopped potatoes.
Add half of chopped cabbage and green peas.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add all the powder masala and the remaining chopped cabbage.
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Ready to serve.

Try add jaggery wd to the cabbage whilst cooking it...add 1 teaspoon...its amazing
