This is a desi Lasagne, with all the desi taste and richness of lasagne.

* Lasagne sheets 10
* Grated Cheese 250 gms
For keema
* Lamb keema 300 gms
* Onion 2 medium
* Tomatoes 3 medium
* Green paste 1tbsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
* Corriander powder 1tbsp
* Oil 4 tbsp
For white sauce
* Maida 2 tbsp
* Butter 50 gms
* White pepper powder 1 tbsp
* Milk 1 cup

- Keema
Heat Oil, add chopped onions. Cook till light golden.
Add chopped tomatoes. Cook till it becomes a homogenous paste.
Add keema and all powder masala. Cook till meat is tender and cooked.
- White Sauce
Heat butter, add maida and cook for a minute.
Add white pepper powder and salt, cook for a minute.
Add milk and cook till it becomes a white paste.
- Lasagne sheets
Boil lasagne sheets in water with a spoon of oil and salt.

- Layers
Spread half of the white sauce in a lasagne cooking pan.
Add half of keema over white sauce.
Lay the 5 lasagne sheets to cover the keema.
Spread half of grated cheese.
Repeat this process with the remaining white sauce, keema, lasagne sheets and cheese.
Cook it in a pre-heated oven for around 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
