Haraa Gosht...

Cooking time 45 minutes.

* Lamb/Beef 500 gms
* Onions 3 medium
* Green Masala (1:1:2 of Ginger:Garlic:Green Chillies) 1 tb sp
* Corriander leaves 1 small bunch
* Mint leaves 8-10 leaves
* Green chillies 10-15
* Yoghurt 2 tb sp
* Oil 4 tb sp

Heat oil. Add chopped onions. Cook till transparent.
Make a paste of transparent onions.
Add lamb pieces. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies paste. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add half a cup of water and cook for 10 minutes.
In the mean time blend the corriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and yoghurt to create green paste.
Once the water evaporates add the above green paste to it and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve with rice and rotis.

oh that is so delicious, and very simple to cook, i've tried that yesterday, thanx for sharing the recipe
