Keema-Aloo-Capsicum...
Ingredients:
* Keema 250gms
* Aloo 2-3 medium
* Capsicum 2 medium
* Onion 2 medium
* Tomatoes 2 medium
* Green masala 1 tbsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
* Corriander powder 1 tbsp
* Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
* Oil 4 tbsp
Procedure:
Chop all the vegetables in half inch cubes. Onions and tomatoes finely chopped.
Heat Oil. Fry onions till light golden. Add green masala.
Add Keema, fry on high heat till oil separates.
Add aloo and capsucim. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
Add all powder masalas and chopped tomatoes. Cook for few minutes till aloo goes tender.
Serves 5-6.
I guess by error you posted it onto a wrong category? Keema - vegetarian??
