Paaya...
Ingredients:
* Lamb Paaye 6
* Onions 2 medium
* Whole black peppers 15-20
* Big Elaichi 2
* Zeera 1 tbsp
* Bay leaves 1-2
* Star Aniseed 1-2
* Maida 1 tbsp
* Red chillies 1 tbsp
* Dhania powder 1 tbsp
* Oil 5 tbsp
* Green masala paste 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Boil paaye overnight, in 2 litres of water, chopped onions, green masala and haldi powder.
Next morning, heat the oil. Add masalas, red chilli powder, dhania powder and maida.
Add the paaye and the water in which it was cooked overnight.
Cook for another half an hour.
Serve with fresh warm naan bread.
