Sooji-Kheer...

Very simple and delicious.


Ingredients (for four bowls):
* Sooji 3-4 tbsp
* Ghee 2 tbsp
* Milk 500 ml
* Sugar
* Custard Powder 1 tbsp

Procedure:
Heat the ghee. Fry the sooji till you smell the fragrance of cooked sooji.
Add milk. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Add sugar according to your taste. Stir continously.
Mix the custard powder in 2 tbsp milk and add to the kheer slowly.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add chopped dry fruits before serving.
Serve hot/cold.
