This is a unique curry with soury, aromatic and smooth taste.

* Lamb 500 gms
* Daariya (roasted grams) 2 tbsp Or use besan 2 tbsp
* Peanuts 2 tbsp
* Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
* Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
* Coconut milk 1 cup
* Whole garam masala 1 tbsp
* White pepper powder 1 tbsp
* Curry leaves
* Oil
* Green masala 1 tbsp
* Lime juice of 2 limes

Boil meat and green masala for half an hour.
Roast peanuts, cashew, sesame seeds, daariya and salt. Blend them all into a paste by adding water.
Heat oil, add garam masala and curry leaves. Add the paste. Keep stiring till you smell the flavour of masala.
Once masala is cooked, add meat with the remaining water from boiling.
Cook till boil. Simmer and add coconut milk and lemon juice.
Serve with naan and zeera fried rice.

instead of lemon juice use tamarind paste it gives a good taste

hmm... i had been looking for kaari masala recipe since so long..thanks!!! I cant find readymade packets of kaari here, but now i know how simple, quick and easy it is to make it at home:-)

thanks Anonymous, but i guess using tamrind will change the color...

the other Anonymous, I hate those packet wale masale, they are so bland...
