Pineapple Chicken Curry...


Ingredients:
* Chicken 250 gms
* Pineapple 10-15 chunks
* Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
* Zeera 1/2 tbsp
* Coconut Milk 3/4 cup
* Onion 1 medium small
* Curry powder 1 tbsp
* Green paste 1 tbsp

Procedure:
Heat oil, splutter zeera and mustard seeds, fry onion till light golden.
Add chicken and half a cup of water. Cook till chicken is tender.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook till chicken is fully cooked and you smell the aroma of pineapple and coconut.
Serve piping hot over boiled rice.
