Simple Aloo
This is the most simple Aloo recipe and one of my favourites for when I feel lazy to cook anything. Eat it with rotis or with rice and yoghurt.
Ingredients:
* Potatoe 2 medium
* Tomatoes 3 medium
* Zeera 1 tbsp
* Mustard 1/2 tbsp
* Curry leaves
* Salt
* Red chilli powder
Procedure:
Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
Heat oil, add zeera, mustard and curry leaves.
Add finely chopped tomatoes. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add potatoes, salt and red chilli powder.
Cook till potatoes are tender.
