* Lobhia 200 gms
* Tomatoes 2 medium
* Onion 1 medium
* Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
* Salt
* Dhaniya powder 1 tbsp
* Haldi 1/2 tbsp
* Green masala 1 tbsp
* Oil

Soak Lobhia for 2-3 hours before cooking.
Heat oil, fry finely chopped onions till light golden.
Add green masala, fry for 2-3 minites.
Add tomatoes and all powder masala.
Add the soaked lobhia.
Cook till tender.

All your recipes look and sound so delicious, thanks for sharing! I've tried a few of your recipes and they have always turned out as good as they look in your pics and were a big hit! I even have your green masala handy in the fridge always! LOL!

When do you add salt to this lobhia dish? Will lobhia cook if salt is added before they are cooked?

My wifey adds salt to the masala and not to the lobhia...

I tried this recipe last nite, and it came out 2 be realy gooood....:-D....i need a simple idea 4 dinner 2nite...:-)
