Cashew Chicken Curry...


Ingredients:
* Chicken 500 gms
* Cashew nuts 15-20
* Whole Masala 1 tbsp
* Green Masala 1 tbsp
* Onion 1 large
* Lemon Juice
* Oil

Procedure:
Soak Cashews for 30 mins. Grind them to a coarse paste.
Blend the onion to a paste.
Marinate chicken with lemon juice and turmeric and refrigerate for abt 30 mins.
Heat the oil. Add garam masala then green paste and then onion paste.
Add marinated chicken. Let the chicken cook on a low flame for abt 10 minutes and
then add cashew paste with ground white pepper.
Add water and let it cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
Garnish it with salt and fresh coriander.
Serve with chapatis/paranthas.
