Lababdar Gosht...
Ingredients:
* Lamb 500 gms
* Onions 2 medium
* Whole dhania 1 tbsp
* Whole red chilles 8-10
* Green paste 1 tbsp
* Tomatoes 2 medium (blended into a paste).
* Oil 4-5 tbsp
* Black peppers 5-6
Procedure:
Blend onions, green masala, whole red chillies, whole dhaniya and salt into a paste.
Marinate lamb in this blended masala for 1-2 hours.
Heat oil, add black peppers and the lamb with the masala.
Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add 1 glass of water and let it cook for 20-30 minutes. Once thick, add tomato paste and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with paratha and rice.
i came acroos ur blog and found it interesting........i have already made up my mind to try few of ur recipes........but can u tell me wats green masala
