Flakey Chicken...
Ingredients:
* Chicken 500gms
* Chicken tikka masala 1 tbsp
* Maida 50gms
* Egg 1
* Green Paste 1 tbsp (Ginger:Garlic:Green chillies - 1:1:2)
* Corn Flakes 1 cup (crushed)
Procedure:
Marinate chicken with green paste and chicken tikka powder for 1 hour.
Roll marinated chicken in maida and then dip it in beaten egg and roll again in crushed corn flakes.
Deep fry til golden brown.
Serve with green chutney and chilli sauce.
