Prawn Fried Rice...
* Prawns 100 gms
* Egg 1 medium
* Onion 1 medium finely chopped
* Capsicum 1, medium, thinly sliced
* Carrot 1, medium, grated
* Soya sauce 1 tbsp
* Salt and black pepper.
* Rice cooked 2 cups
Fry onions in 2 tbsp oil till light golden.
Add capsicum and carrot and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add a tbsp of oil and immediately add rice. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Beat egg, add to the rice and keep stiring. Add prawns and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add salt and soya sauce, stir and serve hot with prawn kebabs.
