Chilli Paneer...
Ingredients:
* Paneer 200 gms
* Onion 1 medium
* Garlic 3-4 cloves
* Green chillies 2-3
* Tomatoes 2 medium
* Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
* Maida 2 tbsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tsp
* Salt
* Oil
Procedure:
Chop onions in big chunks. Heat oil, fry onions till they are transparent.
Add finely chopped garlic.
Blend tomatoes into a paste and add it to onions. Add red chilli powder and salt. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Keep stirring.
Make a thin paste of half a cup of water and maida. Add it to onion and tomatoes.
Cook for a couple of minutes till it becomes thick.
Add chunky paneer and green chillies. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat and serve hot.
If needed, you can fry the paneer before adding.

oops sorry forgot that, add the ketchup after you have added onions and tomatoes...
