Green Leafy Salad...
Ingredients:
* Baby Rocket
* Baby spinach
* Grated carrots
* Spring Onions
* Baby cabbage
* Croutons
* Salad Dressing
Procedure:
For salad dressing...
Take a couple of bread slices, mix half a cup of milk. Blend it to a paste. Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Blend again with some salt, pepper and mustard seeds. Add 3-4 tbsp of olive oil. Blend to a creamy salad dressing.
Mix your vegetables with the salad dressing and it is ready to serve.
