Instant Fried Bhindi
This is a very healthy dish. Preparation time is around 5-6 minutes.
Ingredients:
* Bhindi 250 gms
* Red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
* Dhaniya powder 1 tbsp
* Zeera powder 1/2 tbsp
* Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
* Salt
* Oil 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Wash bhindi and wipe them with kitchen towel to remove the access water.
Slit them length wise.
In a microwaveable bowl, mix oil and all the masala into a paste.
Add the bhindi and mix them well so that the masala is coated properly.
Microwave it for 5 minutes while stirring carefully every 1 minute.
Serve with roti/paratha.

can i add zeera insted of zeera powder... i dont have dhaniya powder... what can i put as a substitute?

you can roast a spoon of dhaniya on a tawa and then crush them with the belan
for dhaniya powder substitute, you can do the same, roast a spoon of whole dhaniya and then blend it into a powder.

tried this but the bhindi came out soggy --adn limp! nto like crisp and firm... anythign i am doing wrong? i gues sin microwave things leave water and taste boiled --then howcome does it not happen with you ?

hmmm... may be chop the bhindi and keep it at room temp for some time... and i fried it for around 5 mins not more than that
