Leftover Chicken Pilao...


Ingredients:
* Leftover chicken/lamb curry
* Potatoes 1 medium
* Rice 2 cups
* Red chilli powder
* Turmeric powder
* Dhaniya powder
* Salt as per taste.

Procedure:
Cut potatoes in cubes. Shallow fry them till crispy.
Add the leftover salan to the potatoes, add mixed masala powders.
Add rice and 4 cups of water.
Cook till rice is done.
Serve with soup/raita.
