hi Ashu

my mistake, you should add whole garam maslaa and green masala both.

Excellent blog, would be useful to know what type of garam masala to use as there are so many different variations

in the whole garam masala we use black cardimon, cinamon, cloves, black pepper and bay leaves

Interesting blog!!! Just came across it today- could you tell me what is green masala?

hi Jenny

welcome aboard

green masala is basically a paste of ginger-garlic-green chillies in proportion if 1:1:2
