Keema Samosa...
You can fill these samosas with any filling of your choice. Be it mutton keema, chicken keema, aloo-matar, boiled moong daal, etc. We made this one with chicken keema. It will need a lot of patience and practice to make them perfect. After eating like 4-5 raw irregularly shaped samosas, I gave up. Fatee made them all.
Ingredients:
* Chicken keema 250gms
* Whole garam masala 1 tbsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tsp
* Dhania powder 1 tsp
* turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
* Salt
* Onions 1 medium (finely chopped)
* Green paste 1 tsp
* Oil
* Samosa stips.
Procedure:
Heat oil. Add whole garam masala and onions. Add keema when onions are light golden.
Add green masala and cook for 10-12 minutes keep stirring in between.
Add all the powder masala and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Take out all the whole garam masala from the keema.
Follow the instructions on the samaosa strips to fold them to proper triangular samosa without gaps otherwise oil will seep into the samosas while frying.
Serve hot and crispy with ketchup and green chutney.
