Jhatpat Baingan...


Ingredients:
* Small size baingan 6-8
* Amchoor powder (dried mangoes) 2 tbsp
* Red chilli powder 1 tsp
* Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
* Green paste 1 tsp
* Besan powder 2 tbsp
* Salt
* Oil

Procedure:
Mix all the powder masala into a thick paste with water.
Slit all the baingans into four. Make sure not to cut then completely.
Apply the masala paste in the slits.
Heat oil in a shallow pan. Put the baingans in it and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally.
Serve hot with paratha and yoghurt.

i really like baingans but my husband hates them.even the sight of them so i dont cook baingans but would like to eat these baingans of urs when we will meet.

It is the first time that I see a baingan, I didn't know that something like that exist and you can do some interesting things with it.
