Wow, that is really original--I have never seen anything like that done with eggplant before, cool! Looks delicious as usual. :)

Wow ! that looks so good. Nice presentation.

wow... looks great. I just found your blog today and there are tons of recipes that I want to try. All the dishes look yummy!

Btw, Do you have a garam masala recipe? Many of your recipes have garam masala in it and I want to try them all, but no garam masala. Store bought ones are bad.

thanks you just for fun :-)

Kay, i dont use ready made garam masala, most of the time i use whole garam masala, in other cases where i need powder, i dry roast blackpepper, cardamon, star aniseed, cloves and whole dhaniya. Once roasted and cold, we powder it in a food processor.

Thanks Daagh bhai, just one more question - are all the stuff to be measured in equal quantities? when it comes to masala powders, I do better with proportions.

you are most welcome Kay...

lets say 100 gms black pepper
100 gms cardamon
100 gms whole dhaniya
50 gms star aniseeds
50 gms cloves

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

:)

you are most welcome Kay
